What it is

reviewsnot is a free troubleshooting library for when a review is missing, broken, fake or sitting on the wrong listing. Each page covers one problem: the most likely cause first, the fix in numbered steps, and a plain answer when there isn't one. Every policy point quotes the platform's own help page and links to it.

Who it's for

I built it for business owners staring at a review that has vanished, and for customers who left one nobody else can see. The aim is that you know within a screen whether the problem is yours to fix or the platform's.

How it works

  1. Finish the sentence. The URLs finish the domain: reviews not showing, working, showing up, real, mine, my business. Six families, each a hub.
  2. Who can act. Every cause is labelled Fixable, Check first, Platform's call or Can't be fixed.
  3. Facts before prose. Each page starts as a brief of quoted policy, so the writing can't add a claim of its own. Sources are linked and dated.
  4. Readable by AI. Every page has a Markdown mirror, and an llms.txt lists the whole library.

FAQ

Why are my Google reviews not showing?

reviewsnot lists the six causes Google documents for a missing review. The most common is that the review is still being checked against Google's policies, which can take a few days; one it removed for a policy breach won't come back.

Can anyone guarantee a Google review gets removed?

No. reviewsnot says plainly that nobody outside the platform can promise a review will be removed, restored or ranked, and its guide to reporting a fake Google review shows the route Google itself offers.

Does reviewsnot recommend its publisher's own products?

Some reviewsnot pages link to ReviewNudge and ScriptGrain, made by the same studio, and wherever they appear they are labelled as ours.
