Right, so this is what I'm up to at the moment. Not a manifesto, just the state of the desk.

Products

I run Adapt Progress Evolve, a one-person software studio in London. One person, plus a fleet of 28 Claude agents (19 always-on, 9 scheduled) doing the research, the building, the audits and the checks. Nothing ships without my yes. That's the rule, and I like it, because it means I'm still the one who has to be happy with the thing.

October has started with a run of question sites. Five went live in the first two days, and they all do the same job in different corners: answer the question people actually type, straight and with sources, and mention our own products only where they fit, always labelled as ours.

Can You Use AI gives UK answers to "can I use AI to…?", each with a verdict first. Is There a Thing answers "is there an app for that?" with the real tools, their prices and the catch. reviewsnot is fix guides for reviews that aren't showing, working or real. I Want AI To shows real Claude builds for people who've never opened a terminal, prompts and mistakes included. And Using AI As is plain guides to using AI at work in finance, HR and office admin, with the UK rules on the page.

September was a launch month too. visibilitytoai, whatisgeo.app, howtogetaito.com, Assets for three.js and Launch Video Maker all went live, and ScriptGrain got a US edition, with dollar pricing and a redesigned app. It measures your writing voice across 45 attributes and writes like you; measured, never trained on. That last bit matters to me, actually.

Forematter is being built too. It takes scattered company knowledge and turns it into a calm first month for new starters.

The site

jstov.uk has just been rebuilt. It's now a pan-and-zoom board lit by London's clock, with a deep dive for every project and a 60-second tour if you'd like the short version. There are also new guides on being a solo AI developer, on unique solopreneurs, and on cool personal blog examples, so if you're building your own corner of the internet, go and have a look.

Jarvis

Jarvis is the voice-first assistant that coordinates the agents. I talk, it routes, they work, and then I get to say yes or no.

Its architecture is public, and there's a weekly series about how it's built at jstov.uk/series/jarvis-architecture. It's a bit like thinking out loud, only with diagrams.

Writing

I'm posting to the blog every week or so. The subjects are building solo with agents, product work and SEO, which is more or less everything I think about anyway.

Elsewhere

I'm open to interesting conversations and interesting work. The inbox is read by a human, and that human is me, so if you write, you'll get an actual reply and not a machine pretending to be me. Which would be ironic, given the fleet.

Otherwise I'm watching football. That's it, that's the hobby, and I'm feeling absolutely fine about it.
