Right, what am I actually doing at the moment.
Running Adapt Progress Evolve, mostly. It's a one-person software studio, based in London, except it's not really one person, is it. I've got a fleet of 20+ Claude agents doing the actual grinding, research, builds, SEO audits, design review, content QA. I sit somewhere between conductor and, honestly, just the guy who reads the outputs and decides what's good enough to ship.
Products
Two things getting most of my attention. ReviewNudge, which sends SMS review requests for local businesses, quiet but useful. And ScriptGrain, which is AI content trained on your own writing voice, not some generic tone-of-voice slider. This page, actually, was written through it. Feels a bit strange to say that but there we are.
The site
Just rebuilt this whole thing end to end with the agent fleet. New copy, pages that are actually readable by LLMs (increasingly the whole point), and a proper blog pipeline behind the scenes. Took longer than I'd like to admit.
Jarvis
Also building Jarvis, the voice-first assistant that orchestrates the agent fleet. It's the thing that's supposed to make all the other agents work like one coherent unit rather than 20 separate interns. Architecture's public on GitHub if you're curious how it's put together.
Writing
Writing more, on the blog and on LinkedIn, about product, about SEO for small businesses, and about what it's actually like building solo-plus-agents, not the polished version, the real one.
Elsewhere
Open to interesting conversations and interesting work. The inbox is genuinely read by a human, that's me, no filtering bot in between.
And when I'm not shipping anything, I'm watching football.
This page updates when life does, not on a schedule. Inspired by Derek Sivers' now page thing, which, if you haven't seen it, is worth a look.
