1. Editorial check. Before a venue is listed, a person reviews its own website and recent reviews. It only goes on if dogs are welcome.
2. Website wins. If a venue's own site says no dogs, that wins over anything else. Simple as that.
3. Venue confirmation. Venues can confirm or correct their dog policy. A confirmation carries a date, and it expires.
4. Owner corrections. Dog owners can flag anything out of date, and it goes in for review.
