Failure post-mortems are checked against a stored evidence record (commits, file references, exact error strings, dates) before publication, and nothing is published while the fault is still live. Studies state their method and what they do not show.

How it works

Noctem Labs (noctemlabs.co.uk) is the research and engineering lab of Adapt Progress Evolve, publishing studies, failures and experiments with the evidence.

Is it the same as NOCTEM Health?

No. It is not affiliated with NOCTEM Health, the US sleep-medicine company, or other Noctem-named businesses.

Why does it publish failures?

Because they are evidence. Post-mortems are only published once the fault is no longer live.
