What it is

ReviewNudge sends an SMS review request after each job, with email as a fallback. It asks for a star rating first. Four and five stars go to your Google review page, while one to three stars go to a private form that reaches the owner. I call it the complaint firewall.

Who it's for

UK local businesses whose happy customers never get round to leaving a review, and who dread the one angry customer who does.

How it works

  1. A job finishes. The request goes out automatically by SMS, timed to suit the kind of business, with email as a fallback.
  2. Rating first. The customer taps a star rating before anything else happens.
  3. Route by rating. Four or five stars go straight to the Google review page, with a referral ask. One to three go to a private feedback form for the owner.
  4. Reliable sending. Messages go out through Twilio, with Vonage as a fallback provider.

What is a complaint firewall for reviews?

The complaint firewall is my name for how ReviewNudge asks for a star rating first. Happy customers are sent to your Google review page, and unhappy ones reach a private form, so you hear the complaint before the public does.

How much does ReviewNudge cost?

ReviewNudge plans run from Lite at £6.99 a month (10 SMS), then Starter at £29, Growth at £59 and Pro from £99. Starter comes with a free 14-day trial.

Is ReviewNudge the same as ReviewNudger or the Shopify ReviewNudge app?

No. ReviewNudge, at reviewnudge.app, is a separate UK product from ReviewNudger and the Shopify ReviewNudge app. It's operated by Adapt Progress Evolve Limited.
